Terry Anderssen has a wealth of experience and understanding of the law. Terry utilises his experience to benefit the client and provide clear and honest advice to the client on their individual matter.

Terry comes from a family of lawyers. Terry decided to follow in the footsteps of his two older brothers and father and became a Lawyer also.

​Terry Anderssen Solicitor has been in practice continuously for over thirty years. His practice in Chermside, Brisbane has been in operation since 2000.

Family Law, Wills, Estates, Conveyancing and Business Law are the areas Terry practices in.

Terry's  approach is also to make client's aware of avoidance of costly and expensive disputes by the use of dispute resolution techniques involving negotiation and mediation.

Sophia Anderssen

Lawyer​

Also following the family path, Sophia took up law after a career in business (recruitment, human resources, business coaching and running her own business). Sophia has worked for Terry Anderssen Solicitor for the past 10 years in various roles prior to undertaking her supervised Practicing Certificate at Terry Anderssen Solicitor in November 2019. 

 

Sophia's has a wealth of experience outside of law and this combined with her skills as a trained Volunteer Accredited Telephone Counsellor with Lifeline helps her to assist clients to feel listened to and supported in their legal journey. Sophia also brings a down to earth, approachable, friendly, compassionate and empathetic approach to her work as a Solicitor.

Sophia practices in family law and domestic violence.
